Is Kratom Legal in Oklahoma?

More recently, the legislature passed Senate Bill 891, an amendment to the KCPA that adjusts labeling and packaging rules. It became law without the governor’s signature, and as of this update, the exact date it takes effect hasn’t been finalized.
