Is Kratom Legal in Nebraska? Here's What the Law Says

• No marketing toward minors: Packaging and advertising can’t be aimed at anyone under the legal buying age.

Before LB901, Nebraska had essentially no rules specific to kratom. Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine weren’t treated as controlled substances, but there was also no oversight on how products were labeled or sold. The new law changes that by putting real standards in place.
